Joint Training Analyst and Assessment Specialist

As a Joint Training Analyst and Assessment Specialist, you’ll bring your experience of Joint Training requirements, individual training plan development, and collective training planning expertise to work alongside thought leaders and our training delivery and assessment team to manage training programs. You will monitor, direct, and coordinate joint resident and non-resident skill progression training. You’ll forecast and coordinate joint school allocations via SharePoint and other systems, synchronizing training requirements with resource requirements integrating standards-based training. 

Work with us to research training requirements, manage training scheduling, interface with joint training enablers on the client's behalf, and develop achievable and measurable training outcomes to meet the goals of the program to coordinate the planning required to design, resource, and implement viable and sustainable training solutions for joint and coalition training.

You Have:

  • Experience with policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient planning, development, and analyses of major exercises of the Joint Exercise Program (JEP), in accordance with regulatory guidance
  • Experience working closely with exercise action officers and providing support on Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) event planning efforts
  • Experience providing support to Joint exercise analysis and assessment efforts, including the creation of collection managers
  • Knowledge of JTIMS
  • Ability to support the improvement of training to enhance joint readiness through the Joint Training System’s phases
  • Ability to assist with the production of Joint academics on select topics
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience in JMETL development
  • Knowledge of JCS J7 JTF programs
  • Ability to develop curriculum
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Formal Service Training Specialist Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
