As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

You Have: 

  • Experience with maintaining correspondence, organizational calendars, distribution lists, and project timelines

  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaborative virtual meeting technologies including Microsoft Teams,

    WebEx, or Zoom

  • Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations and teams

  • Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to partners and leadership

  • Ability to work with a team and work independently

  • Ability to produce timely records of meetings and workshops

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with Department of Defense

  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Associate's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
