You Have:
10+ years of experience in space systems engineering, integration, and testing
10+ years of experience in system of systems integration and integrated system testing for space, ground, or user programs
Experience in mission readiness planning, including operational test, operational acceptance, and transition to operations planning
Experience in developing integrated plans and schedules, developing decision briefings, managing givers and receivers, and managing risks for space programs
Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering and integration activities
Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
Ability to establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Nice If You Have:
15+ years of experience in space vehicle systems engineering, integration, and testing
Experience in launch planning and execution
Experience in satellite operations
Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or user segment
Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle milestones, and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practices
Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and technical writing skills, including for program or systems engineering documentation
Top Secret clearance
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
