As a Military Operations Assessment Planner and Analyst, you’ll bring your Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) and special operations expertise to work alongside defense and security thought leaders on projects strengthening U.S. and Partner Nation (PN) special operations capabilities. You’ll use your skills and expertise to conduct tactical, operational, and strategic assessments of PN military capabilities and supporting U.S. capacity building programs, provide subject matter expertise in special operations, and help develop theater strategy, campaign planning, contingency planning, theater posture, force allocation, and deployment priorities for unconventional and irregular warfare.
Work with us to enable U.S. special operations security cooperation, build PN military capabilities and institutions, and help deter, detect, and defeat a constantly evolving range of threats and challenges to our homeland's security.

You Have:
- 20+ years of experience working in the military and in a professional environment
- 5+ years of experience at a GCC or Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC), including management of special operations
- Knowledge of special operations support to theater strategy, regional threats, security cooperation, or advisory missions
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish or Portuguese
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree
- Graduate of a National Defense University, War College, or Service Command and General Staff College
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in a U.S. country team
- Knowledge of regional PN special operations and general-purpose forces, capabilities, and requirements
- Knowledge of regional and country planning, and campaign or contingency planning
- TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
