As a Security Specialist, you understand the importance of ensuring the protection of company, government-sensitive, and classified information. We’re looking for an experienced Security Specialist like you to apply your knowledge of security practices and impact our nation’s defense. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience working with DoD or Intelligence programs
- Experience managing or supporting security for SCI programs
- Knowledge of 32 CFR, ICD, and DoD security requirements
- Knowledge of industry or government requirements, standards, policies, and directives supporting security programs under the DoD Manual 5105.21 Volumes 1-3
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with action officers and senior military civilian leaders
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- 8+ years of experience performing all aspects of special program security including technical, physical information, personnel, operational, and industrial security
- Experience with DISS or NISS
- Experience conducting indoctrinations, briefings, and debriefings
- Ability to navigate various government security procedures in compliance with Intelligence Community directives and other related government policies
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational skills
- Associate’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
