The Opportunity:
Looking to lead a team working with the latest Content Management System (CMS) technologies? As a Content Management Engineer, you’re driven to design applications that are user-friendly, optimal, and customizable. You know the importance of organizing the content in a visual way that meets UX standards and best practices.
By doing this, you help your clients improve their business workflows and allow them to manage the mission more efficiently. We’re looking for someone like you to play a key role in technology that supports national security.
In this role, you’ll lead the complex development, design, and testing of both “out of the box” and module and plugin development CMS frameworks. With the support of your team, you’ll build integrated solutions from scratch, as well as implement customizable features like modules and plugins to enhance existing workflows. You’ll be involved with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, interface design, and front-end development.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with UX or UI design
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience applying 508 accessibility standards in design
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and responsive design best practices
Knowledge of OmniStudio’s purpose, components, and how they shape user experience (UX)
Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary Agile team
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with space systems or satellite communications
Experience designing for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Case Management, and Experience Cloud
Experience with OmniStudio, including FlexCards and OmniScripts
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery frameworks in government environments
Knowledge of DoD systems and workflows
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
