That is why we need you, an experienced Program Analyst who can provide high quality support in daily execution of program functions.
As part of our team, you'll serve as a strategic technical consultant to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), helping conceptualize, create, and execute advanced government-funded R&D programs to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. You will work with world-class scientists and engineers to support the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. You’ll leverage technical expertise to provide strategic assessments of new technologies in support of senior ARPA-H decision makers. You’ll maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assist with the management of current programs, and facilitate commercialization of successfully developed technologies.
You'll serve as a Program Analyst, supporting clients on business, administrative, programmatic, and financial matters, developing stakeholder management strategies, establishing new business processes, and completing research and analysis to determine viable solutions. You will be responsible for managing incoming requirements, facilitating engagements within offices and across the agency, and be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving skills will enable the mission's success. This position is a hybrid role with Booz Allen. The candidate is expected to work onsite at a Booz Allen or client facility 20-50% of the time, as needed.
What You’ll Work On:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify budget requirements and support program and office-level budgets.
- Execute independent decisions within established guidelines and perform routine to moderately complex programmatic analysis.
- Maintain responsibility for overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs.
- Interact with clients, government officials, and other executives in various sectors.

You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in operational or financial roles
- Experience providing programmatic or operational support to government clients
- Experience supporting program and office-level budgets
- Experience interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of federal acquisition processes
- Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Financial field such as Accounting, Finance, or Business
Nice If You Have:

- Ability to pay strict attention to details and diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
