The Opportunity:

That’s why we need a seasoned program manager who can ensure our Department of Defense (DoD) program achieves success.

As a lead Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding DoD teams. Your DoD client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the DoD market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. You Have:

  • Experience with operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program or project

  • Experience performing project management tasks, including conducting meetings, integrating project or vendor tracking and analysis, and reviewing project or vendor deliverables

  • Experience developing and implementing assigned projects, including fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management

  • Experience as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, including technical or professional guidance and leadership when appropriate

  • Ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports in accordance with quality standards

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience leading DevSecOps programs with an emphasis on cloud, cyber, and platform technologies, or Master's degree and 8+ years of experience leading DevSecOps programs with an emphasis on cloud, cyber, and platform technologies

  • PMP or PgMP Certification

  • SaFe Agile Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
