The Opportunity:
The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That’s why we need you, a ERP Systems Analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our Federal Regulators business systems can make the most impact.
As an ERP Analyst on our team, you’ll create a financial management strategy to help our client's determine the best modern toolset to succeed. You’ll work with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.
Using your knowledge of packages like PeopleSoft and Workday, you’ll help your client develop well-formed requirements. This is your chance to work on high-level visible and impactful enterprise program while imparting your ERP analysis expertise to your team. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
5+ years of experience gathering requirements for business systems like PeopleSoft and Workday
Experience authoring technical documentation
Knowledge of how ERP systems operate and the necessary requirements to work through with stakeholders
Ability to navigate the modules and understand the benefits and business use
Public Trust
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with documenting business process
Experience participating in the migration from an antiquated tool to a new one
Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft as a subject matter expert
Bachelor's degree
CPA Certification
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
