The Opportunity:
As a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our team, you’ll bring extensive experience in national and theater SIGINT operations, working across Service Components and Combatant Commands. You’ll apply your knowledge of SIGINT policies, authorities, operations, and systems at both the national and tactical levels to assess mission environments and guide military-to-military engagements. Your background supporting senior staffs such as Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Defense clients, will enable you to advise leaders and craft clear, tailored communications. By evaluating requirements, you will manage input to policies such as U.S. SIGINT Directives. You’ll also leverage leadership skills and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint, to ensure effective communication and knowledge-sharing across organizations.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in national and theater-level SIGINT, including across Service Component SIGINT organizations and National Agency Representatives
- Experience with SIGINT systems, operations, capabilities, and authorities at both national and theater levels
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders in Defense environments
- Experience working at the DoD, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command level, including in senior staff roles with members of all military services, DoD civilians, and contractors
- Knowledge of national security policies, approval processes, and protocols, including the lifecycle of United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSIDs)
- Knowledge of SIGINT policies and authorities governing Military-to-Military relationships and 2nd or 3rd Party partnerships
- Ability to edit technical or official reports, develop and execute communication strategies, engage effectively with organizational leaders, and deliver accurate and timely communications to internal and external stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with foreign or NATO planning and policy processes
- Experience in organizational leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 and SharePoint
- Knowledge of the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) Area of Responsibility
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate of the Junior Officer Cryptologic Career Program (JOCCP) or similar program
- Completion of Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I or II Course
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
