Target Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Target Analyst, you will be a member of a team of experts performing target list management and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) in support of HQ European Command (EUCOM). You will be required to provide intelligence analysis in support of target nomination, development, and validation in accordance with Joint Publications (JP), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) standards, and EUCOM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You Have: 

• 2+ years of experience as an imagery analyst, including with imagery exploitation and creating imagery products, and as an all-source intelligence analyst, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyze findings

• 2+ years of experience with target list management

• 2+ years of experience conducting BDA, including Phase 1 and Phase 2

• 1+ years of experience in the EUCOM AOR

• Experience working with partners across the Intelligence Community

• Experience with MIDB and JTT 

• Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and EUCOM

• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment

• TS/SCI clearance 

• HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with data analytics and visualization

• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or Joint Targeting cycle 

• Knowledge of national or commercial imagery

• Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols 

• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Completion of the Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
