We’re looking for a business systems developer skilled in SharePoint, Power Platform Solution, and other enterprise business systems with strong development expertise to design, implement, and maintain collaborative business solutions to help us revolutionize our client’s business tools.
As a developer on our project, you’ll configure, manage, and maintain SharePoint environments; design and deploy dashboards that deliver real-time KPI tracking and operational insights; Integrate external systems; utilize Python to process, clean, and analyze datasets for advanced KPI reporting; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint, Power Platform, and integrated systems; and train end-users and create documentation for solutions and processes.
You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management.
Your development expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You’ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning.

You Have:
5+ years of experience administering SharePoint, including site collection management, permissions, workflows, and integration with other Microsoft 365 tools
5+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex data applications at enterprise scale, particularly within federal or defense environments.
Experience integrating SharePoint or Power Platform with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Service Now
Experience developing visual analytics solutions using Business Intelligence tools within large, secure data platforms, such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling best practices
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting or developing on Advana, including Qlik-based analytics environment and DoD data governance requirements
Experience building scalable Qlik Sense dashboards, including scripting, complex data modeling, section access, and performance tuning
Experience working with Azure services. such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Data Factory
Experience in business process automation and KPI/dashboard development for executive and operational reporting
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Microsoft Graph for platform integrations
Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform App Maker Associate, SharePoint Administrator Associate, or Data Analyst Associate
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
