Job Description
Key Role:
Apply subject matter expertise, knowledge of industry standards best practices to establish and enhance business processes' efficiencies and efficacy. Assess new and existing business process requirements, capturing strengths and identifying challenges and opportunities for enhanced efficiency or efficacy. Coordinate viability and implementation of process enhancements, alternatives, and solutions with program leaders to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and cost performance. Mentor and guide program personnel and leaders on quality assurance, control, and improvement strategies, procedures, and activities.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with quality assurance and delivering or providing quality support
Experience as a project leader and collaborating with teams
Experience with trend analysis
Knowledge of quality industry standards
Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks
Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions
Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs
Experience with Cost Plus Award Fee contracts and reporting against service level agreements
Experience with project or program management
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships using interpersonal skills
Master's degree
CAPM or PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
