F-35 Acquisition Program Management Analyst

The Opportunity:

As an acquisition management professional, you know that both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle are pivotal to your clients’ missions. We’re looking for someone like you to be a liaison to the government. Bring your passion to support pre- and post-award federal contracts and improve the processes that defend our nation. 

As an F-35 Acquisition Program Management Analyst at Booz Allen, you’ll work closely with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission. This is an opportunity to impact our country’s defense acquisition and contract process. On our team, you’ll draft full RFP packages, including advising clients on DoD acquisition program management. You’ll analyze, assess, and coordinate acquisition program documentation, including Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline, Statements of Work (SOWs), funding documents, contract documentation, agreements, and Acquisition Decision Memorandums.

You’ll complete procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You’ll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success. From creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll deliver meaningful acquisition support.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a DoD acquisition program or implementing DoD requirements and acquisition processes

  • Experience with DoD aviation or weapon system program development or production

  • Knowledge of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management

  • Ability to communicate to work across multiple teams

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience with DoD acquisition

  • Experience with 5th Generation fighter acquisition, including F-35 and F-22

  • Experience working in a DoD classified program

  • Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes

  • Knowledge of DoD requirements and budget processes

  • Ability to work in a highly demanding and highly visible program

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master’s degree

  • PMP or DAU Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
