As a Digital Transformation Specialist on our team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to a Digital Transformation and Innovation division within USEUCOM headquarters. In this role, you will be evaluating the organization's existing technologies, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and digital innovations to drive mission-critical modernization. Using your expertise in technology adoption frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and governance, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and industry and defense partners to design and implement transformative digital capabilities to advance military capabilities and mission readiness. Your work will directly impact the organization’s mission readiness and operational resilience by translating complex requirements into actionable technology strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration of secure systems.

You Have:
5+ years of experience leading or advising digital transformation initiatives in government, defense, or large-scale enterprise environments
5+ years of experience in organizational technology evaluation, strategy development, and innovation with a focus on AI, machine learning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics
5+ years of experience developing and delivering transformation roadmaps that optimize existing technologies and integrate emerging solutions
5+ years of experience managing stakeholder engagement and change management in highly regulated organizations
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
Nice If You Have:
Experience working with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or Major Commands
Experience with AI, ML, data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
Experience in public sector digital modernization
Knowledge of Command and Control (C2) Systems
Knowledge of defense acquisition, procurement, or capability development processes
Master’s degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
AI or Machine Learning Certification such as Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate Certification
Agile or Scrum Certification such as CSM or PMI-ACP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
