The Opportunity:
Serve as a hybrid technical and delivery leader responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional programs and leading technical staff in designing end-to-end solutions. Bridge business requirements, technical architecture, and execution to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions are delivered on time and aligned to strategic objectives. Partner closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to translate vision into actionable, measurable outcomes. Lead the design of end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business and program objectives. Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ensure solutions align with client requirements, enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. Own program planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams. Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks, and assist with budgets. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, vendors, and business stakeholders. Establish and manage program governance, status reporting, and executive communications. Track and report programmatic risks, technical progress, and financial health to internal senior leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and sponsors. Facilitate decision-making across business and technical teams. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Drive alignment across competing priorities and dependencies.
You Have:
3+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering complex AI, data science, or machine learning projects with enterprise-scale solutions
Experience in a scientific or technical field, including scientific computing, bioinformatics, solutions architecture, or AI/ML engineering
Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
Experience working with modern application architectures, including cloud, microservices, APIs, or data platforms
Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to lead a team and engage with stakeholders
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, finance, or government
Experience with architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, SAFe, or similar
Experience managing vendor-led or multi-vendor programs
Experience with financial management, including assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Possession of strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Master’s degree in CS or a related field
Cloud Certifications, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Certification
PMP, PgMP, or Agile Certifications, such as CSM or SAFe Agilist Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
