Job Description
The Opportunity:
Critical decisions are made every single day in the corporate environment. What if you could use your investigative, analytical, and functional skills to help our leaders make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give leadership the right answers. As a Counterintelligence (CI) Specialist, you will use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to respond to reported incidents, conduct briefings or debriefings, and develop due diligence and risk assessments to give leadership the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong research and analytical skills and a detail oriented problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support Booz Allen’s corporate risk mitigation decisions.
As a CI Specialist on our team, you’ll perform defensive CI tasks with a focus on corporate risk mitigation to help leadership understand threats and vulnerabilities. Using your comprehensive understanding of CI, you will research and analyze disparate data sources to determine context, identify risk and author reports for program and leadership consumption. You will conduct security briefings or debriefings, including those involving international travelers, to assess risk and promote general CI awareness and education. You will also conduct incident response with a customer-service mindset, working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision while maintaining attention to a high-level of detail to ensure transparent communication and task completion. As the authority on CI, your leadership will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set into areas such as insider risk and supply chain risk management. You’ll share your expertise with others through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our leadership.
Join us. The world can’t wait.
