That’s why we need you, a financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure our Navy's resources can make the most impact. 

As a Financial Analyst on our team, you’ll use your financial and cost analysis skills to identify cost savings and help your clients succeed. You’ll work with project management, schedulers, task leads, and other team members to enhance Fleet Readiness, reduce cost, and drive data-based decision making. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you’ll help your client develop well-formed requirements which capture a wide breath of information that will support organization redesign and cost savings.

Work with us as we help to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency in the Human Resource Management (HRM) line of business to provide HR services at less cost and to meet audit requirements for the accountability of government resources.

You Have: 

  • 10+ years of experience with complex problem solving, software, systems, business processes, and data standardization

  • Experience compiling and analyzing financial information for an organization and supporting senior management through financial and business analysis

  • Experience providing audits on financial data

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science

Nice If You Have: 

  • Knowledge of military culture and United States Navy culture and structure

  • Knowledge of MyNavyHR business processes and current transformation efforts

  • Ability to work on a dynamic team responsible for multiple concurrent deliverables

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
