That’s why we need you, a Financial Analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure client's resources can make the most impact.
As a Financial Analyst on our team, you’ll oversee the creation of a financial management strategy to help the enterprise succeed. You’ll work to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.
As a financial analysis expert, you’ll leverage your expertise in laws, regulations, and policies to help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with project management, task leads, and the client. You will compile narrative and statistical material and prepare exhibits and related background information for program briefings. You'll monitor the execution of the approved operating budget to assure funds are properly allocated and are being obligated and spent in a timely and effective matter. This is your chance to use your skills while furthering your financial analysis experience. You will provide program management and acquisition support. Finally, you'll prepare documents needed to process budget estimates, requests for supplemental appropriations, and requests for reprogramming apportionments.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with program management or financial analysis for DoD or federal government programs
Experience with the Program Budget Information System (PBIS)
Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize workload and manage delivery effectively
Ability to perform POM briefings for government leadership
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
8+ years of experience leading, planning, analyzing, and implementing IT programs
Experience with OPNAV as military, civilian, or contractor staff
Experience with the PBIS-IT systems
Experience with DoD program acquisition
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
