As a CBRN Analyst, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop the tools required to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a CBRN Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your understanding of NBC, transportation, proliferation, and employment, you’ll support MILCAP-related issues with a specific focus on CBRN threats and requirements. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for clients and policymakers. As the authority on your problem set, the client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in ground-specific intelligence, and share your methodologies with other professionals. You Have:
4+ years of experience as an all-source military capabilities intelligence analyst with foreign military capabilities and force employment
Experience with working on issues of adversary military capabilities, military employment of tactical NBC weapons systems, chemical and biological arms control, doctrine, and strategy, command of chem and biomaterial, infrastructure, and agents, or developmental weapons systems with strategic and non-strategic effects
Experience in assessing and evaluating geopolitical and security issues with Near Peer adversaries
Experience with intelligence production, analysis, briefing, operations, and report writing
Experience with data, technical, network, and link analyses
Knowledge of intelligence databases and software programs for an analysis of political-military issues, including Analyst Notebook, Tableau, RMT, Cedalion, Firehawk, HOTR, M3, MIDB, and PALANTIR
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Experience with working in a Combatant Command
Experience with assessing and evaluating geopolitics and security issues
Knowledge of ISR platforms
Knowledge of the Foreign Disclosure process
Knowledge of national agencies
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent critical thinking and structured analysis skills
Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
