The Opportunity:

The F-35 is one of the United States' 5th generation fighters and a cornerstone of the nation's air defense. The task is to support the F-35 on the client's team. In this role you will perform engineering analysis for the F-35 helmet night vision modes and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) parts, and assist with contract management. For the Configuration Management (CM) team, you will assist in the management of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), other configuration change notices, and other fleet modifications such as Service Data Notes, for Mission Systems. The position will require you to learn the various methods that the F-35 program office uses to create, track, process, and approve CM and DMS changes to the aircraft's systems.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering or technical position
- 3+ years of experience with aircraft avionics design and development
- Experience with technical project management
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Technology field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working with DMS tasks and CM processes
- Experience with United States Air Force or Navy programs
- Experience in Human Factors Engineering
- Master’s degree in Engineering
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
