Job Description
Key Role:
Design enterprise architecture (EA) to enable strategic or tactical transformations through informed decision-making at any level of an enterprise to support governance, future growth, adaptability, optimization, innovation, and modernization initiatives such as cloud and digital solutions. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a solution architect in one of the following technical domains, such as software development, digital experience, data or analytics, AI, infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity
Experience developing and presenting ideas through working with senior government executives, such as GS15 or SES
Experience with leading or architecting a cloud migration in an enterprise environment
Ability to manage and execute tasks independently, working with senior government leaders to prioritize
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience leading government agencies through transformative change
Experience with DODAF or FEA EA
Knowledge of architecture at varying levels, including enterprise, segment, security, and solution architectures
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree in IT or a related field
CSP Solution Architect Certification such as AWS Solution Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
