You Have:
Experience managing software development or data management projects
Experience with Agile principles
Experience with cross-functional management
Experience with management consulting operations and principles
Knowledge of common technology principles, theories, and concepts
Ability to communicate across communities of practice
Ability to manage and support professional development of matrixed staff
Ability to learn and contribute to non-delivery areas of the business, such as business development or communities of practice
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
Experience in system architecture and design
Experience with government environments and standards
Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps
Experience with Cloud and DevOps principles
Knowledge of ETL, SQL, and Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to work under general direction, developing approaches to solutions in collaborative and independent environments
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent written and verbal communications skills, including executive-level presentations
PMP or Agile Scrum Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
