The Opportunity:

As a civil engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to ensuring our military is prepared to support mission requirements and integration of innovative technology. We are looking for a civil engineer who can use their skills to help our team as we support the client to analyze, model, and plan to counter adversary WMD facilities.

We need a civil engineer like you who has expertise in analyzing and characterizing all source information, can support the creation of modeling WMD facilities, and can work with autonomy to help our client counter adversarial WMD facilities. In this role, you will directly support our client with overseeing analysis of all source information, digital model creation, and planning to eliminate adversary facilities. Take on exciting challenges in the DoD with us as we improve our legacy of excellence in weapons research, testing, and evaluation.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience working in design in a professional environment 
  • Experience with WMD facilities
  • Experience with industrial or facility reverse engineering and vulnerability assessment or analysis
  • ​Knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), NFPA, ANSI, ASCE, and civil and environmental systems industry standards
  • Knowledge of underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets
  • Knowledge of engineering research, capability or limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis or characterizations, and facility and vulnerability assessments
  • Knowledge of civil or industrial engineering and sub-disciplines of environmental, power system, pipeline, petroleum, structural, manufacturing, geotechnical, transportation, highway, material science, seismic or earthquake, construction, hydrology, and water resource engineering
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics 
  • Professional Engineering Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in engineering with MEP construction drawing sets  
  • Knowledge of civil and environmental compliance within an energetic environment
  • Master’s degree in Engineering 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
