In this role, you will work collaboratively with in-house investigations attorneys to conduct internal corporate compliance investigations involving potential violations of internal policies, code of conduct, and laws and regulations. You will be responsible for leading interviews, coordinating with other internal teams and resources to collect evidentiary data, and analyzing the information gathered to assess the validity and scope of the alleged activity. You will draft investigation reports and status updates to senior firm leaders. You will build trusted partnerships across the firm and collaborate with fellow members of the Legal, Ethics, and Compliance team to protect and advance the company, while navigating the complex, multifaceted, and often novel legal and compliance risks we face today. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience conducting investigations for potential violations of corporate policies or law, including federal fraud, waste, and abuse laws
- Experience conducting fact gathering interviews of witnesses, victims, and implicated persons
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage the workload and simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines in a changing fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver succinct, clear, and direct verbal briefings on investigation issues and results
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience managing, analyzing, and reporting on investigative data, including root cause analysis, trend analysis, and predictive analytics
- Experience investigating, analyzing, and mitigating insider and security threats
- Experience with government contracting, including in a professional services firm
- Experience conducting investigations involving procurement integrity, False Claims Act, competition issues, time and expense mischarging, information security, or data breaches and spills
- Experience with federal law enforcement
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
