Are you looking for an opportunity to support pre- and post-award Department of Defense (DoD) contracts? Do you know both sides of the acquisition and contract lifecycle? Can you develop innovative solutions to complex problems? As a Program Integrator, you’ll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives, ensuring our client’s mission is our mission. We’re looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the Government client.
This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to architect and plan large-scale space and ground system acquisition programs. You’ll help the DoD manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You’ll provide acquisition expertise regarding contract alignments across segment developers to ensure successful systems integration. You’ll develop Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). You’ll participate in source selections and perform technical evaluations of offers or proposals. You’ll prepare, process, and review various acquisition documents to ensure compliance with established processes and policies prior to coordination. You’ll provide acquisition knowledge and counsel to the program office. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll lead meaningful acquisition support. You Have:
15+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, program management, and business operations
15+ years of experience with project management and leadership
Experience with the development of RFIs and RFPs
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
Experience with source selections and technical evaluations
Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes
Ability to interface with internal and external clients and stakeholders
Ability to facilitate and contribute to cross-functional team meetings and collaborate in professional environments
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with space and ground technologies and systems
Experience with the GPS mission areas, including Space, Ground, or User Equipment
Experience with U.S. Space Force systems and organizations
Experience with analyzing program-level and enterprise-level integrated master schedules
Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Master's degree
Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level I or higher Certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
