Job Description
Key Role:
Apply knowledge and skills in evaluation methods, research design, statistics, data analytics and economic analysis to assess the effectiveness and costs of government health programs and services. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with concepts and techniques to support the development of executive-level communication planning and strategy for senior executives in government and leadership positions
- Experience with developing near-finished quality presentations or products from attendance at meetings or handwritten notes
- Experience coordinating representation in conferences, events and meetings under the direction and working in close collaboration with the Client
- Experience supporting a Command Team in relation to their participation in engagements, including ensuring the availability of the necessary background information, briefing documents, speaking notes and technical and logistical information
- Experience ensuring a strategic fit for the engagements in collaboration with the Protocol Team
- Experience performing diverse administrative tasks and serving as an “administrative hub,” performing duties such as answering phones, inquiries, and routing correspondence to the appropriate unit
- Ability to edit technical or office reports, design and implement a communications approach, interact with an organizational leader, and ensure consistent, relevant, accurate, and tailored timely communications with internal and external stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with strategic communications or engagement at a DoD, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command level
- Experience in public relations at a diplomatic level
- Experience with Congressional and Legislative Affairs
- Experience working in a Commander’s Action Group or Director’s Action Group
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
