As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture as you lead a team on projects for the joint force. You’ll apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts and evaluation of concepts. You’ll serve as part of the Booz Allen team that supports Joint Force Integration in developing future military capabilities for multiple Service, Combatant Command, and Coalition clients. You’ll work closely with a DoD client to solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems and develop evaluation methods to assess joint missions, addressing organizational, process, people, and leadership challenges. You’ll apply extensive analytical technical expertise and advanced leadership skills to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, or capability solutions related to foreign threats as part of joint missions. You’ll research and analyze policy recommendations, produce scientific and technical information, and prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results. You’ll also develop program briefings and documentation and communicate effectively with Joint Force senior leaders at the SES, GO, or FO level.

You Have:
- 15+ years of experience supporting the DoD
- 10+ years of experience producing analysis and decision support products to underpin critical decisions by leaders at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of the DoD
- Experience reviewing, managing, and assigning tasks, and monitoring numerous workstreams requiring adjustment of shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
- Experience interfacing and managing military and civilian executive-level clients daily
- Experience managing executive-level communications and reports, developing programmatic strategies and plans, managing and structuring data, presenting data visually with charts or infographics, and creating reports
- Knowledge of widely used tools and methods for repeatable, traceable, and streamlined analyses
- Ability to translate client program requirements and needs into program management outcomes, and apply qualitative assessment and quantitative analysis techniques
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and systems, organize data for ease of access, and communicate complex ideas and analysis to different audiences, including senior executives
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with data analytics or operations research
- Knowledge of DoD mission modeling and campaign modeling
- Knowledge of quantitative data modeling techniques and widely used modeling tools
- Knowledge of qualitative methodological approaches
- Knowledge of Joint Force development, design, concept, or capability development
- Knowledge of advanced capability systems and acquisition processes
- Master's degree
- Defense Acquisition Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
