Job Description
Key Role:
Manage a complex and dynamic calendar proactively, strategically prioritizing competing demands and requests for the director’s time. Work with internal team members to ensure briefing materials and agendas are prepared in advance of all meetings. Provide administrative support to leaders, including meeting scheduling, meeting minutes, and email management. Coordinate adaptive scheduling of internal and external meetings with senior-level leaders and other key stakeholders. Support administrative logistics around travel and events. Work with other front office staff to support office workflow and logistics. Support communication within executive teams and serve as a POC for incoming requests.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative or scheduling support to senior leaders
- 3+ years of experience in federal contracting or the government
- Experience providing executive support, including scheduling, following-up on travel arrangements, developing and editing communications, and interacting with several levels of personnel
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with scheduling software and tools
- Experience supporting the NIH, and an R&D agency or organization such as an ARPA organization, including DARPA or ARPA-E
- Associate’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in administrative support, executive support, or scheduling
- Experience engaging a broad range of stakeholders, including U.S. and foreign government officials and private sector executives
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent communication and organizational skills
- Master’s degree in a Business Support or Management field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
