The Opportunity:

On our team, you’ll work directly with the client organization to support multiple aspects of programmatic operations. You’ll support the development of critical products, including briefings, fact sheets, and executive summaries. You'll review operation orders and formulate response strategies, accessing risk and identifying critical mission elements. You’ll manage incoming task requests and route through appropriate subject matter experts. You’ll strategize, plan, and execute large-scale events spanning multiple stakeholder organizations. You'll build and maintain document libraries while establishing procedures and enforcing best practices. This position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

You Have:

  • Experience building and maintaining client relationships while collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and 365 Teams

  • Ability to display a client-first service mindset and a positive attitude

  • Ability to collaborate on diverse and cross-functional teams with technical experts

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, including flexibility to allow for quick turnarounds

  • Ability to be onsite an average of 3 days a week, as needed

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting DoD operational staff

  • Knowledge of government contracts, policies, and government acquisition processes

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
