Space Operations encompass a spectrum of military endeavors that extend across the competitive landscape, aiming to confer a strategic advantage upon the joint force vis-à-vis the adversary. As a Space Operations Integrator, you'll harness a diverse skill set spanning space operations, intelligence, and military planning to address pivotal challenges with profound implications for mission partner requirements. Your role involves engaging with key decision-makers throughout the space operational enterprise, offering tailored solutions to issues ranging from orbital warfare to space electronic warfare, access, sustainment, and broader operational planning. Your expertise will be pivotal in orchestrating intelligence-led operations that are focused on threat mitigation while leveraging the collective resources of the operational and intelligence community. Your deliberate actions will fortify military space capabilities, both defensively and offensively, within the space domain.
The complexity of space operations arises from its multifaceted nature, intersecting various domains such as air, maritime, land, and cyber. In your capacity as a Space Operations Integrator, your proficiency in spectrum awareness, adversary maneuvers within the spectrum, and kinetic or non-kinetic capabilities will be instrumental in neutralizing adversary strengths. Your responsibilities encompass close collaboration with theater space components, intelligence agencies, and a wide array of organizations to address mission partner needs amidst the demanding space operational landscape. Daily tasks range from space control operations, fires planning, operations, targeting, generation of operational directives or orders, deconfliction and control measures, target list management, and prioritization strategies. Your daily engagement in fires support working groups or boards, flexible response or deterrence options, and the crafting of Joint Integrate Prioritized Target Lists and Synchronization Matrixes underscores the essential role as a Space Operations Integrator.
Your contribution extends beyond mere coordination, playing a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating intricate systems, policies, and processes pertinent to foreign threats and space operations within the framework of joint and combined space missions. You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in joint or service-level fires or targeting roles
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process and Concept of Operations development
- Experience with space operations, targeting fundamentals, and the Joint Targeting Process
- Experience accessing intelligence and space databases while collaborating with a myriad of intelligence agencies
- Experience with executive-level support or protocols
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with non-lethal effects targeting and Space Electronic Warfare
- Experience with Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), and Jira
- Experience with SPF113-105, JP3-09, JP3-60, JP3-14, JP 3-89, CJCSI 3370, and CJCSM 3108.01
- Possession of excellent briefing and knowledge management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
