Content Server Product Specialist

You Have: 

  • Experience configuring OpenText workflows, metadata, roles, and permissions to meet business needs

  • Experience in translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications

  • Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including system design, configuration guides, workflows, and Job Aids

  • Experience in collaborating with solution architects, developers and testers to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders

  • Ability to act as liaison between business users and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented

  • Ability to provide training, demonstrations, and support to end users on Content Server functionality

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems or Computer Science field and 5+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM, or 15+ years of experience with OpenText Content Server or Extended ECM in lieu of a degree  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience translating functional requirements into technical tasks for developers

  • Experience in federal or highly regulated environments

  • Experience with Jira and Agile project management tools

  • OpenText Certification, such as Content Server Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
