Job Description
Key Role:
Architects, develops, and operationalizes software solutions and systems that perform cyber data analytics at scale in a variety of technology platforms. Applies advanced skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with designing and implementing data architectures and models for large-scale intelligence data environments
Experience with multiple database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, and high-performance computing (HPC), while leveraging Python, R, and SQL for scripting, automation, and advanced data science applications
Experience with building, optimizing, and monitoring end-to-end data pipelines, including ETL processes
Experience with cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, and data warehouses
Knowledge of knowledge management principles and procedures in data environments
Knowledge of DoD data systems and workflows
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8140 baseline Certification such as Security+, CySA+, or CISSP Certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Elasticsearch and Elk Stack in data analysis and visualization
Experience with designing and maintaining integrations with Microsoft tools
Experience with Jupyter Notebooks
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Ability to integrate web applications and data visualization frameworks for mission-focused solutions
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
