The Opportunity:

Whether exploring vendors, securing event locations, providing scheduling and logistics support, recommending a solution, or flexing to support an emerging requirement, our clients need a consultant who can help manage operations while also executing both internal and external events in a timely manner.
That is why we need you, an experienced Meeting and Events Planner who can support the coordination and logistics for numerous meetings and events, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, support personnel and administrative workflows, and provide high-quality support.
What You’ll Work On:
- Work with other front office staff to ensure office workflow and logistics
- Support the front office of PHO in administration and coordination of internal and external meetings and events
- Perform scheduling and logistics support for ARPA-like business and personnel processes in addition to assistance in scheduling for the executive team
- Assist in the support of the office with logistics of internal and external-facing public events such as conferences and announcements, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with other organizers

You Have:
- Experience working with organizations in front office or as leadership team support
- Experience with complex scheduling for executive teams
- Experience with communications and contact management for internal and external stakeholders
- Experience coordinating program development processes and required scheduling or paperwork
- Knowledge of approval and routing processes for personnel and administrative workflows
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree

- Possession of excellent writing and editing skills, to facilitate polite and effective communications with other high-level stakeholders both in government and the private sector

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
