It’s why we’re looking for an organizational transformation and change consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the healthcare industry and healthcare transformation. As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop change strategy, user-adoption tactics, communication plans, and training. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including PowerPoint and Excel
- 2+ years of experience with industry methods for strategic planning, organizational design, process improvement, organizational change management, business process reengineering, strategic communications, Lean Six Sigma, or performance management or optimization
- 2+ years of experience facilitating strategic planning or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, and off-sites
- 2+ years of experience writing and editing communications, and communications planning
- 2+ years of experience conducting surveys and gathering stakeholder feedback to develop reports for leadership to expose trends, gaps, and potential outliers for better decision making
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
- Ability to perform stakeholder analysis and engagement, and design thinking and human-centered design methods
- Public Trust
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with a management or IT consulting firm
- Experience designing, coordinating, and deploying qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses
- Experience developing project plans and performing task or project management functions
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with clinical operations
- Experience with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or healthcare operations
- Experience with collaboration platforms such as Mural
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills
- Master’s degree
- Prosci, LaMarsh, CMAP, PMP, Design Thinking, or LUMA HCD Practitioner Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
