Counter Threat Analyst

As a Counter Threat C-IED Analyst, you’ll bring your consulting, analytical and technical background to collaborate with thought leaders in emerging and improvised threats on projects for the Department of Defense.

You’ll use your skills as you research, analyze, and assess the latest threats to US, Allied and Partner forces.

You Have:  

  • 3+ years of experience working on C-IED or EOD programs or activities

  • 3+ years of experience working on a Division Staff 2-Star equivalent or higher

  • Ability to produce staff estimates to inform the greater DoD enterprise on the latest threats to fielded forces

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience working as a military analyst or military planner, Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience working as a military analyst or military planner, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience working as a military analyst or military planner


Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with Unified Exploitation and Collected Exploitable Material

  • Experience with Army Counter Unmanned Aerial System Operations and Counter Small Unmanned Aerial Systems Operations

  • Experience with leading and supporting Operational Planning Teams

  • TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
