General Management Business Process Specialist

The Opportunity:

When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process specialist to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, a business process specialist who can analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.

 

As a business process specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll analyze discussions with leadership and supporting staff that will help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.

 

On our team, you’ll use process improvement frameworks to provide your client with recommendations along with a firm grasp of the quantitative and qualitative results they can expect. This is your chance to further your process improvement and project management skills.

You Have:

  • Experience in management consulting, change management, strategic planning and execution

  • Experience with business process engineering or process improvement

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Visio

  • Experience with management consulting techniques, including client interviews, problem-solving, and translating client needs into deliverables

  • Ability to manage multiple competing tasks, prioritize as necessary, and deliver high-quality products

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of survey development principles and statistical analysis

  • Knowledge of change management principles

  • Knowledge of effective curriculum design and development principles

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
