Digital Transformation GenAI Copilot Delivery and Support Product Manager

The Opportunity:

As the Product Manager and Service Owner for the GenAI Copilot product at Booz Allen Hamilton, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities focused on the deployment, integration, and widespread adoption of this innovative SaaS-based technology. You will be tasked with optimizing Microsoft Copilot's usage and adoption, ensuring its value is effectively communicated to stakeholders, and aligning its strategic roadmap with vendor updates and organizational goals. Your leadership will guide the training and support team to facilitate a smooth user experience, while also gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product development.

Collaborating with internal teams, market-facing colleagues, and external partners, you will enhance data-driven adoption strategies, champion usage and adoption excellence, and lead the development of improved Copilot solutions. Additionally, you will analyze trends to inform strategic planning and develop an employee AI strategy for Copilot, aligning with future implementations and the broader objectives of Booz Allen Hamilton. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with product management in software, including digital transformation or software deployments for a large organization

  • Experience with change management, training, and user adoption strategies

  • Experience with enterprise-level account management

  • Experience with business intelligence, analytical, and problem-solving skill sets for data analysis

  • Knowledge of GenAI technologies, including Copilot for Microsoft 365 or ChatGPT

  • Ability to interpret data and feedback into continuous improvements and strategic roadmaps

  • Ability to influence and navigate in complex organizational structures

  • Ability to display a track record of driving usage and adoption in a business context

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite and its associated ecosystem, including Entra ID and Windows OS

  • Experience with the processes and regulations involved in government contracting

  • Experience in managing day-to-day relationships with vendors to maintain productive partnerships

  • Knowledge of data and information protection practices to ensure the security and privacy of sensitive information

  • Knowledge of automation and system integration concepts to streamline operations

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Possession of excellent collaboration skills with a history of successful stakeholder partnerships

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Project Management Certification, including PMP or Change Management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
