You Have:
2 years of experience with leading software development teams in the development, testing, and production and fielding of applications used to support US defense operations
Knowledge of software development in C++/C and Java, use interface (UI) software development using JavaScript, Windows and Linux operating systems, software integrated development environments, including Eclipse, Visual Studio, and IntelliJ, Agile and Extreme Programming management techniques, Internet Protocol (IP) data streams, and real-time data processing software development
Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements, processes, and best practices for software development, IT system testing, and IT system deployment, maintenance, and sustainment
Ability to manage software development project cost and schedules effectively
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Business Management field
Nice If You Have:
Experience with leading multi-disciplinary professionals in the development, testing, and production and fielding of systems used to support US defense operations
Experience with developing real-time data processing software using live sensor data, including radar, image, video, and radio spectrum
Knowledge of Python language, machine learning theory, techniques, and implementation, statistical analysis, cybersecurity, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Deployment (CI/CD), MATLAB, SolidWorks, DOORS, and MagicDraw, Cameo, and SysML
Ability to direct software developers at junior and senior levels and produce high-quality code that meets requirements, is free from defects, is maintainable, and meets DoD cybersecurity requirements efficiently
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Computer Science or a business management field
Project Management Professional (PMP), Security+, Certified Secure Software Life Cycle Professional (CSSLP), or Certified Software Engineer Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
