Operations Support Officer

As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence products and analytic assessments to give your clients the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytic skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an Operations Support Officer on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and support OSINT mission. You’ll use your comprehensive understanding of the client and Combatant Command policies, guides, and standard operating procedures to establish plans, and ensure compliance, accountability, and oversight to provide ongoing support to complex OSINT operations. You’ll analyze and maintain relationships at higher, lateral, and interagency elements to support staffing development plans. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like operational due diligence in support of the identity management program, the practical application of OPSEC measures when conducting online activities, and the application of mitigation measures for existing and emerging technologies. You’ll share your expertise to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll the resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Identity Data Management Analyst
  • Experience with DoD identity intelligence tools, methodologies, and regulations, and analyzing policies
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced Technician’s Course (ATC) and Due Diligence Course (DDC) Certification
  • Completion of Foundations of Sensitive Support (FOSS) Course

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in a Joint Combatant Command environment
  • Experience with the SOCEUR AOR
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree
  • DoD Certifying HUMINT Source Operations, Counterintelligence Special Agent, or Non-DoD or IC Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
