GEOINT Collection Manager, Senior

As a senior GEOINT Collection Manager, you use your specialized technical, regional, and functional experience and your attention to detail to analyze geospatial information needs that give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a GEOINT Collection Manager on our team, you’ll help your client understand and implement the most efficient strategies to acquire the data they require. Using your understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications, you will help your client develop effective collection strategies that combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, MASINT, and open source to enable automated tipping and queuing models. You’ll validate the information and apply collection analysis tradecraft as you work to refine further collection strategies against existing and emerging problem sets for targeters, warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and US IC-wide stakeholders. As the authority in your tradecraft, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:
Experience with geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) tasking and collection processes and protocols
Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities
Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and analyze effective collection approaches
Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience as a geospatial intelligence collection manager or source strategies analyst (SSA), including managing geospatial information needs within the GEOINT Information Management Services, Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience as a geospatial intelligence collection manager or source strategies analyst (SSA), including managing geospatial information needs within the GEOINT Information Management Services, or Master’s degree and 4+ years of experience as a geospatial intelligence collection manager or source strategies analyst (SSA), including managing geospatial information needs within the GEOINT Information Management Services
Nice If You Have:
Experience with airborne collection management and throughput
Experience with commercial collection management and throughput
Experience in working with hyperspectral systems
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
