Business Process Analyst

The Opportunity:

Are you excited at the prospect of resolving inefficiencies in business processes? Are you fascinated by the possibilities presented by resolving and enhancing delivery through advances in data management? In an increasingly connected world, massive amounts of structured and unstructured data open new opportunities. As a Business Process Analyst (BPA), you can turn these complex data sets into useful information to solve global challenges. Across private and public sectors from connecting people to information, to resolving logistical log jams, you know the answers are in the data.

As the BPA, you’ll provide expert analysis and recommendations for technical solutions that enable the client to achieve their goals. You will act as a liaison amongst stakeholders to understand the structure, operations, and policies of the organization. You will be responsible for providing expert support, analyzing business processes, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll work alongside a Data Scientist or Data Engineer in the development of comprehensive analytic models.

We have an opportunity for you to use your analytical skills to improve business processes within the Navy. You’ll work closely with your customer to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll use automation and the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help senior leadership across the Navy make informed manpower decisions. You’ll provide your customer with a deep understanding of their data, what it all means, and how they can use it. Join us as we use data for the good of the Navy.
