The Opportunity:
As a Logistics Planner, you’ll bring your multi-functional logistics experience in supply, fuel, maintenance, transportation, and air mobility at the tactical and operational level to plan and support Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations. Being well versed in the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and the Military Decision-Making process (MDMP), you will plan and prepare orders and concepts to support joint sustainment training requirements. During exercise execution, you will serve on the team that replicates higher headquarters, enabling the Operations Group (OPSGRP) to maintain clear situational awareness enabling the conditions for units to train to standard. You will consult with government clients and mentor stakeholders on logistics scenarios and aspects of exercises.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience serving in logistics roles at the Army or Marine Corps
- 2+ years of experience with live, virtual, and constructive exercises or an assignment at a CTC
- Experience with Army and Joint Doctrine Training Policy
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience working at a Division, Corps, Joint, or Multinational Headquarters
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Completion of the Air Load Planner’s Course
- Graduate of the Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Military Education Level (MEL) 4, or Sergeants’ Major Academy
- Completion of the Support Operations Course Phase II
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
