The Opportunity:
As a data analyst at Booz Allen, you can use your skills to support a mission and use data for good. You will support our client by providing Records and Information Management (RIM) support to ensure that the client is fully compliant with Federal laws, regulations, directives, and IC standards as related to information management. We need a data analyst like you to bring your knowledge to oversee the management of electronic and paper-based information.
How You’ll Contribute:
As a Records Management Officer on our team, you’ll:
Provide RIM support to safeguard the security and integrity of all records
Function as the main point of contact for records management for client directorates and offices
Oversee the organization's records from their creation and preservation through to disposal
Ensure all client records are created, maintained, and dispositioned digitally, driving paper out of all processes
Implement the records classification, retention, and disposal processes
Identify, draft, and implement best practices and requirements
Work with us to help drive large-scale business and process decisions through data insights.
You Have:
2+ years of experience in Records and Information Management
Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
Experience using Microsoft Office
Ability to support records management
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with SharePoint Administrator
Experience in records archiving and digitization of file plans
Experience in electronic document management
Knowledge of the five core phases that make up the records life cycle
Knowledge of the types of records
Knowledge of National Archives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Science, Data Management, CS, Data Information Warehousing, or Mining
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
