Counterproliferation and All-Source Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a counterproliferation analyst, you use your specialized experience and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills.

As a counterproliferation analyst on our team, you’ll perform ICD-compliant all-source analytic production with a focus on WMD and conduct CBRNE topic areas. You will participate in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military contingency operations, and support analysis of threats, the CBRNE and counterthreat nexus, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations. You will generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC Tradecraft Standards, using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools and briefs analysis to senior DoD leaders and produce white papers, regional threat analysis and assessments, and short- and long-term assessments.

You Have:

  • Experience with DoD and IC All-Source analysis tools

  • Experience with collecting and analyzing all-source intelligence data, including on technical topics, such as CBRNE or advanced conventional weapons to create compliant intelligence products 

  • Experience with ICD 203 and ICD 206 compliant production

  • Ability to define problems, refine key intelligence questions, conduct studies and analysis, and respond to customers’ requests for information (RFI) 

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with conducting All-Source intelligence analysis or 12+ years of experience with conducting All-Source intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with collecting and analyzing all-source intelligence for WMD topic areas

  • Knowledge of JP 3-40 and JP 3-25

  • Knowledge of intelligence support to military plans and exercises

  • Master’s degree

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
