Technical Operations Oversight Lead

The Opportunity: 

Are you looking for an opportunity to create technical synergy that will impact implementing electronic health records? As an integration engineer, you know the importance of ensuring operations of all interfaces, hardware, and other infrastructure concerns supporting federal implementations work together. You’re eager to apply your consulting experience and skillset addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, informatics, and multiple platforms to develop creative solutions.

On our team, you’ll design, develop, and implement solutions for software integration projects across functions or between organizations that’ll directly impact electronic healthcare modernization efforts. You'll coordinate between interfaces and all infrastructure areas, including environments and LAN/WAN configuration and across multiple federal agencies, to address key technical issues. You will also analyze incident and change request trends for additional optimization of design or configuration to improve operational Key Performance Indicators.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience with IT in a professional environment
  • Experience creating strategies and plans for integration of multiple IT systems and subsystems
  • Experience introducing new hardware or software into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks
  • Experience reviewing and managing Root Cause Analysis documentation
  • Experience reviewing and managing After Action Review reports
  • Ability to coordinate with development and user teams to assess risks, goals, and requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Mathematics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
