Key Role:
Oversee execution of the client's infrastructure roadmap to meet the client's vision. Work with program leadership to develop, analyze, and manage schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW). Work with the client to establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Support and manage program and project schedules that communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. Publish the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to a SharePoint site for use by DoD personnel and support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines. Work with a PIO team and necessary stakeholders to integrate multiple construction operations and maintenance schedules to successfully execute Infrastructure projects.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with developing, managing, and integrating large project schedules and performing critical path analysis ensuring alignment with overall program objectives
Experience with scheduling software, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, or Primavera P6, and scheduling tools
Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to critically assess schedules and project controls data and communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to stakeholders, including project leadership and clients
Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, data gathering and analysis, decision making, and problem solving
Ability to generate scheduling briefing material and brief senior military leadership
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in a flexible environment and interacting with multiple stakeholders for project success
Experience with supporting programs and contracts within the federal government
Experience with creating, managing, and integrating DoD schedules
Experience with performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA)
Experience with program artifacts, such as Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Statement of Work (SOW)
Knowledge of the DoD acquisition system
Ability to identify areas and opportunities of process improvement, including automation to enhance scheduling efficiency
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
