The Opportunity:
As a fighter aircraft depot analyst, you know that effective depot-level maintenance and activation depend on clear communication, streamlined processes, and proactive decision-making. In this role, you’ll identify and exploit commercial best practices and digital technologies to streamline depot maintenance activation and execution. You’ll leverage opportunities for depot-level process improvements by identifying gaps and developing associated improvement plans.
On our team, you’ll conduct technical research and analysis and provide recommendations on required facilities, equipment, materials, processes, technologies, training, and personnel to perform fighter aircraft and systems component depot-level maintenance and support depot activations. You’ll also support facility and infrastructure surveys and assessments, perform gap analyses, and support design reviews associated with facility modification or new construction projects. You’ll process, coordinate, and enable the execution of scheduled work packages, maintenance requests, pre- and post-docks, and certificates of incorporation and completion. You’ll facilitate a knowledge exchange of opportunities, challenges, successes, and lessons learned for global depot facilities.

You Have:
Experience analyzing, reviewing, and generating clear and concise programmatic documentation, briefings, and communications
Experience with process improvement methodologies and tools
Experience working with Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance data, statistics, scheduling techniques, supply chain analysis
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional areas
Ability to ensure all outputs meet quality standards, integrating diverse technical inputs, as necessary
Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience with program management or life cycle logistics, or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics , Business Administration, Mathematics, or Engineering and 5+ years of experience with program management or life cycle logistics
Nice If You Have:
Experience in a DoD weapon system program office or DoD depot
Experience sustaining DoD fighter aircraft
Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Life Cycle Logistics or Program Management certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
