Job Description
Key Role:
Support the planning and execution of cyber wargames and tabletop exercises to assess the resilience of critical DoD missions. Lead coordination of operations, scheduling, and logistics. Assist with course of action analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes and procedures to craft experiences that allow participants to test assumptions in a minimal-risk environment and gain stakeholder buy-in. Coordinate exercise progress and activities between the client, Combatant Commanders, and DoD services or agencies, as required.
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with operational planning, event coordination, or office work within the DoD or other government department
Experience with analytical writing and stakeholder engagement, developing talking points, or briefing senior military and civilian leaders
Ability to be flexible in the face of changing requirements
Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze research on technical topics
Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team of engineers, defense and intelligence analysts, scientists, and uniformed military members
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with DoD or interagency partners in a military staff environment
Experience planning events, coordinating execution, and managing stakeholder engagements
Experience with exercise and training activities, including tabletop exercises, experiments, live-force exercises, or professional analytic wargaming
Experience with defense industrial base partners, supply chain risk management, or defense critical infrastructure
Experience with cybersecurity or cyber mission forces
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Defense Studies, International Affairs, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
