Executive Human Resources Specialist

Key Role:

Apply understanding of our Executive Services mission to directly serve and meet the expectations of our executive clients. Provide executive benefits and perquisite eligibility, claims, and guidance to our clients and their executive assistants, investigate and resolve benefits issues, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Analyze opportunities and provide insights and recommendations for executive benefits and perquisites process efficiencies, offerings, communications, and policies. Leverage professional network and consult with benefits vendors to research, design, and implement executive benefits and perquisites solutions and programs to close gaps, drive efficiencies, and identify solutions for emerging client issues. Partner with company-wide Talent Strategy Integrator Leads and teams to lead the Advisor Program and ensure the goals of the program are understood and successfully implemented to serve the company’s strategy and leadership needs. Leverage communication skills to engage with critical stakeholders in providing insight and influence across various parts of the organization as it relates to program updates, benefits, and processes. Perform administration, data management, and information systems activities to collect, input, organize, track, analyze, and distribute data that supports the Executive Total Rewards processes specific to Compensation and Benefits. Apply technical capabilities within Workday, Excel, Smartsheet, and other software to develop and deliver timely and accurate data and solutions as well as data analysis and usage trends to support the Executive Total Rewards team and key stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with the broader Leadership and Executive Services team and other corporate functions on Executive Total Rewards data requirements and drive Workday business process design and enhancements, purchasing requirements, or any other related tasks where support is needed. Collaborate across Total Rewards teams to support alignment, integration, and delivery of Executive Total Rewards processes. Leverage technology and stakeholder education to drive scale, efficiencies, and value-add stakeholder experiences through program offerings and cycles.  Support the execution of the Executive Total Rewards cycles. Serve as Job Leader for Executive Total Rewards HR Data Analyst to ensure service excellence of operational transactions for executive perquisite eligibility and related reimbursements and to drive the development of future technology solutions to enhance data administration and analysis. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, document processes, derive data insights and identify solutions

  • Experience with Workday or other human capital management technology

  • Knowledge of data analysis in Excel, such as pivot tables, filters, data meshing, and formatting

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

  • Ability to use Microsoft products, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel

  • Ability to multitask effectively while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to understand, evaluate, and make judgments on vendor proposals

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources

  • 2+ years of experience with benefits administration

  • Possession of consulting and project management skills

  • Possession of excellent organization, written communication and interpersonal skills and a people-first attitude to support executive clients and other key stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or related technical field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
